Isobel & Erika were on their first big adventure vacation. They wanted to see what the "real" world looked like. So they took a trip to one of those "Stans" countries.

While on their vacation they were taking photos of what they thought was a ancient building. Turns out it was a clandestine prison used by the CIA to torture suspected terrorists & OCCUPY WALL STREET protesters.

The girls were taken inside & tied into a bondage position that was impossible to survive. Isobel's crotch rope connected to Erika's noose. If she did not stand on her tippy toes, she would be strangling Erika. Erika's arms were connected to Isobel's noose. If she did not hold up her arms, she strangled Isobel.

The girls held out as long as their bodies could. When they finally died from strangulation, they hung lifeless until their capture cut them down.
